What’s the opportunity? As Kitchen Manager, you’ll take the lead in our kitchen, bringing great food, strong organisation and a positive team spirit to every service. Lead from the front: Motivate, develop and support your kitchen team, creating a positive environment where everyone can do their best. Serve great food: Deliver consistently high-quality dishes, from our much-loved carvery to the wider pub menu. Keep standards high: Take ownership of food safety, hygiene, allergens and kitchen cleanliness. Run a successful kitchen: Manage stock, ordering, waste, rotas and labour costs to keep everything running smoothly. Make service count: Plan ahead, stay calm during busy periods and ensure every guest receives great food and service. Work as one team: Partner with the General Manager and front-of-house team to deliver a brilliant pub experience. What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who is passionate about food, enjoys developing people and takes pride in running a well-organised kitchen. You’ll ideally have experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role, with the confidence to lead a team and the commercial awareness to manage a kitchen effectively. You’ll also bring: A hands-on approach and a passion for great food. Strong leadership and team-development skills. Good organisation, planning and communication. An understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen compliance. The ability to manage costs, reduce waste and maintain standards during busy services. What’s in it for you?
