We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join a fast-paced Digital & Technology team on a
12-month contract
, supporting the delivery and adoption of digital platforms across multiple markets.
This is a hands-on role combining
digital project support, stakeholder communication, storytelling, and content creation
, ensuring initiatives are clearly understood, well adopted, and successfully scaled.
Role Overview
The role will support the BU Digital & Technology Lead in driving digital initiatives, while owning all engagement and communication activities across platforms, markets, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution and tracking of digital platforms and initiatives
- Coordinate with business, product, and technology teams for smooth delivery
- Prepare dashboards, status updates, and progress reports
- Own internal communications, newsletters, and initiative updates
- Develop high-quality presentations, decks, and business narratives
- Translate technical updates into simple, engaging communication
- Support change management and adoption of digital platforms
- Create training materials, user guides, and launch communications
- Act as a key coordination point across cross-functional teams
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement across markets
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in digital, transformation, or marketing roles
- Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
- Expert-level PowerPoint and content development skills
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear messaging
- Experience in newsletters, internal comms, or stakeholder updates
- Exposure to digital platforms or project environments preferred
- Strong organization, creativity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
