About the Position

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage gaming technicians’ daily equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Monitor machine performance, uptime, and guest feedback for operational issues and improvement opportunities.
• Manage installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of EGM, table game equipment, and related systems.
• Coach and train technicians; assist with schedules and task assignments across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE gaming regulations, internal controls, and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain machine configuration, maintenance, and regulatory records.
• Coordinate technical support, repairs, and upgrades with equipment manufacturers and service providers.
• Keep informed about gaming technologies and system enhancements; assist with integrating new platforms, cashless solutions, and digital interfaces.
• Collaborate with IT, Surveillance, and Gaming Operations to support connectivity, data integrity, and reliability.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of EGM operations or technical maintenance experience in a regulated gaming environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing or leading technical teams.
• Strong understanding of EGM and table game hardware, software, networking, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, CMS platforms, and technical documentation.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
