Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and staff supervision.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards.
• Support scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
