About This Role
- Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial regulations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing insights to management for informed decision-making.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
