The Assistant Manager– FemTech Hub supports the delivery of programmes under the FemTech Hub at the Women’s Pavilion, Expo City Dubai.
Working under the direction of the Head of Women’s Pavilion and in close coordination with the Programme Operations Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the execution of programmes and stakeholder engagement.
The role focuses on ensuring that programme elements are delivered to a high standard, with strong coordination across speakers, partners, and internal teams.
This is a delivery-focused role, translating programme plans into well-coordinated outputs, while contributing to the overall quality and consistency of the FemTech Hub experience and output.
The main responsibilities for this role include:
Programme Delivery & Coordination
- Support the execution of FemTech Hub initiatives, including:
- Her Health Majlis (monthly series)
• Her Health Summit
- FemTech Hackathon
- Innovators Network engagements
- Work from programme frameworks and direction set by the Head of Women’s Pavilion to deliver agreed programme components.
- Develop and manage programme trackers, timelines, and coordination plans to ensure smooth delivery.
- Coordinate speaker engagement, including outreach, scheduling, briefing, and follow-ups.
- Support partner and sponsor engagement, ensuring alignment on programme participation and deliverables.
- Prepare programme materials, including agendas, briefing notes, speaker documents, and internal updates.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of coordination for speakers, partners, and contributors across programmes.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure clarity on timelines, roles, and expectations.
- Support relationship management by ensuring a professional, responsive, and well-organised engagement experience.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with the Programme Operations Manager to align programme requirements with operational delivery (logistics, venue, AV, etc.).
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, communications) to ensure programme information is accurate and delivered on time.
- Support content and communications inputs as required (e.g. session descriptions, speaker highlights).
Reporting & Tracking
- Track programme participation, engagement, and key outputs across all FemTech Hub initiatives.
- Support the preparation of post-event summaries and internal reporting.
- Maintain organised records of stakeholder engagement, programme plans, and delivery progress.
- Knowledge, Qualifications and skills required
- 4+ years of experience in programme coordination, events, or stakeholder engagement as well as:
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging external stakeholders.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders (e.g. speakers, partners, clients).
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines simultaneously.
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Flexibility, responsiveness, and the ability to work across multiple programmes are key to success in this role.
- Experience in health, social impact, or purpose-driven programmes.
- Experience supporting content-led events or community-focused initiatives.
- Familiarity with the UAE or regional landscape.
