Assistant Manager - Engineering

Job Description – Assistant Manager – Engineering Location: Pune Project: Commercial Project Department: Engineering / Projects Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise day-to-day engineering and site execution activities for the commercial project.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Monitor quality, progress, manpower, and material requirements as per project timelines.

Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and ensure execution as per approved standards.

Identify and resolve site-level technical issues and ensure timely closure of snags.

Coordinate with MEP and other project teams to ensure effective integration of works.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project specifications .

Qualification & Experience B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 5–8 years of relevant experience in commercial/IT Park or large-scale projects.

Strong knowledge of site execution, project coordination, quality control, and contractor management.
