Role Overview
QUALIFICATIONS: B.E / B.Tech Civil EXPERIENCE: 8+ years of experience in large scale Commercial IT Buildings.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: To assist the project manager in the civil works at site.
Supervise civil and structural works as per consultant drawings.
To ensure receipt of right quality and quantity of material and testing of the same.
Regular reporting of material status and progress of work at site.
Keeping track of bills and ensures timely payments to contractors.
Introducing the safety as Site and Motivating all for safety at Work Complete responsibility of smooth working project, coordination with the contractor for timely execution with quality & safety
