Main Duties
- Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure smooth execution of opening and closing procedures, providing guidance and support during shifts
- Conduct daily briefings in support of the Restaurant Manager to share updates on procedures, team assignments and service goals
- To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
- Evaluate guest experiences, implement service improvements, and strive for consistency in delivering exceptional hospitality
- Assist in planning and delivering structured training sessions to enhance team development and maintain high performance

- Proven experience as Assistant Manager in a luxury high-volume restaurant or similar
