Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the Equipment Planning Team and align work with engineering and project requirements.
- Coordinate technical scope, equipment needs, purchases, sub-rentals, and facility requirements with Technical Managers.
- Manage external procurement and rentals for cost efficiency, quality, and project-timeline compliance.
- Forecast demand, track availability, and coordinate with Engineering and Warehouse teams.
- Monitor project progress and adjust priorities and team assignments as needed.
- Support vendor sourcing, negotiations, cost management, and documentation.
- Coordinate project deliverable preparation and shipment with the Warehouse Team.
- Maintain equipment availability records in Monday.com or similar systems.
- Advise Sales on equipment availability for hire inquiries.
- Communicate client changes to Technical Managers, Engineering, and Warehouse teams.
- Assist with equipment budgets and implement process improvements.
- Foster collaboration across Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in materials planning or inventory management.
- Effective interpersonal skills and systematic planning and organization.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in work arrangements and ability to prioritize.
- Knowledge of at least two relevant job areas, including broadcasting equipment and components.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Full English proficiency.
