Overview
- Supporting in the implementation of IT policies & procedures and ensuring adherence;
- Executing IT operations processes for core services, as planned;
- Supporting in planning, implementing & managing hardware infrastructure;
- Identifying, remediating and resolving all operational incidents, within established service levels, with the consent of seniors;
- Resolving problems to have permanent resolutions to technical issues;
- Supporting in end user communication and support, during major outages, changes and maintenance;
- Proactively performing as service desk, providing first and second level support involving application, network and desktop support;
