Assistant HR Manager - UAE National (Emirati)

Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Work alongside the HR Manager in developing and executing people engagement initiatives.
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently across the organization.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training programs, with a focus on Emiratization targets.
• Ensure HR practices and processes align with UAE labour laws and organizational goals and Emiratization requirements.

Required Experience

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and performance management.
• Experience handling conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Demonstrated ability to enforce HR policies firmly and consistently.

Required Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of driving alignment across teams.
