Qualifications
- The following qualifications are either required or preferred unless specifically stated:
- High school graduate
- 5 years of supervisory or management experience
- Ability to work independently.
- Exemplary customer service experience
- Previous experience managing a crew of at least 20 people
- Previous experience in custodial or grocery industry, including stocking, or janitorial work (preferred but not required)
- Must pass a background check
- Availability to work evenings and some weekends
- Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning employees to specific duties
- Supervising employees engaged in shelf stocking and custodial tasks
- Monitoring workflow to ensure production standards are met
- Ensuring all required functions are completed within approved timeframes
- Conducting QC inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Managing site-level HR functions, including schedule creation, employee evaluations, corrective action plans, and job postings
- Ensuring compliance with company and site-level policies, security protocols, and HR procedures
- Managing health and safety plans
- Meeting with customer representatives and acting as a liaison
- Addressing customer complaints or inquiries
- Handling and reporting emergencies and employee accidents appropriately
- Resolving employee dissatisfactions and grievances
- Adhering to federal and local laws, as well as all company policies and procedures
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Completing various paperwork requirements
- Concluding end-of-day functions in the office
- Performing various functions related to custodial, warehousing, and shelf stocking
- Motivating and inspiring the workforce by setting a positive example and demonstrating a "follow me" attitude.

Key Responsibilities
