Support the Development Director in coordinating Expo City Dubai development projects from concept through delivery.
Help progress project vision, design, cost, quality, and programme objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project workstreams, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare design briefs, consultant scopes, RFPs, presentations, and development reports.
- Review design proposals and follow up on deliverables, approvals, samples, mock-ups, and actions.
- Support value engineering and cost optimization while protecting design intent and quality.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and site visits; coordinate authority approvals and track actions.
- Monitor progress, risks, and issues; prepare weekly updates, dashboards, and management reports.
- Undertake benchmarking, market research, and feasibility studies.
- Support adoption of AI and digital tools for design, research, reporting, and development processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in development, design management, or project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.
- Strong understanding of design, construction, cost, and development processes.
- UAE or Dubai experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, presentation, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and prioritization skills.
- Commercial and cost awareness, attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work with limited supervision.
