Overview
- Receive, verify, and review all LTS submissions including new designs, amendments, and as‑built drawings.
- Conduct technical assessments against DHLE DCR, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
- Validate area calculations and ensure alignment with approved development parameters.
- Issue design review reports, NOCs, stamped drawings, and rejection letters where required.
- Conduct meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to clarify comments or resolve issues.
- Prepare design presentations and technical material for management review or approvals.
- Ensure all workflows are processed within SLA and with high technical accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, GIS, Infrastructure) and external authorities to expedite NOCs.
- Support continuous improvement of design guidelines to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
- Undertake additional design tasks and special assignments as requested by management.
- Enhance guidelines and regulations to align with clients demands, needs and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with different authorities to speed up obtaining relevant NOC's, if needed.
- Coordinate with different disciplines internally and externally to ensure a smooth experience between DHLE, the client and appointed consultant/contractor.
- Ensure adherence to the Dubai Building Code in all applicable processes and reviews
