Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years experience working in higher education
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office Suite and G Suite), and the ability to quickly learn and assimilate new systems and information
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities, resolving complex issues, and working effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively while building positive relationships across departments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate workflows and identify inefficiencies
  • Trusted to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent attention to detail and exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate well with both internal and external constituents at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a college registrar’s office
  • Familiarity with the following software: Ellucian Banner Student Information System, EMS room scheduling software, Envisions Argos reporting software, Degree Works degree audit software
  • Familiar with record retention policies; data privacy policies and procedures ( FERPA ); federal, state, and regulatory requirements; academic policies and procedures
  • Experience delivering presentations or training in a professional environment
