This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Chief Steward role based in Dubai.

The Assistant Chief Steward supports the overall stewardship operations, including supervising stewarding staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all back-of-house areas, kitchens, and storage spaces are clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.

This role assists in overseeing the maintenance and correct use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, and helps implement standard operating procedures for dishwashing, waste management, and inventory control of stewarding supplies.

The Assistant Chief Steward collaborates closely with the culinary and food & beverage teams to support smooth service, timely setup, and efficient turnaround of china, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.

Daily tasks also include training and guiding stewarding team members, monitoring performance, and supporting cost-control initiatives while maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.
