- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive engineering and maintenance strategies to ensure the efficient operation of the hotel's facilities.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute preventive maintenance programs, minimizing equipment downtime and extending the lifespan of systems.
- Manage the engineering department's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Lead and guide the engineering team, providing training and performance assessments.
- Coordinate with other departments to address their technical needs and provide assistance for various events and activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, promoting a secure and sustainable working environment.
- Evaluate and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, implementing corrective actions to minimize disruptions to hotel operations.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, repairs, and maintenance activities for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in engineering technology, incorporating best practices into the hotel's operations.
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
