Assistant Accountant

Preferably Female

• The duties and responsibilities shall cover the following such as:
• Financial Reporting
• Invoice consolidation and verification

• Receivables & Payments

• Vendor statements reconciliations
• Petty cash expenses recording
• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist senior accountant in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Provide assistance in administrative works
• The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and traits:
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel, and with hands-on experience in accounting software such as Tally ERP, Zoho books, etc.
• Minimum 1-3 years of Accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• Able to communicate clearly in the English language

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Previous experience in finance or accounting in a similar setting or sector
