Assistant Accountant

About This Role
Preferably Female
- The duties and responsibilities shall cover the following such as:
- Financial Reporting
- Invoice consolidation and verification
• Receivables & Payments
- Vendor statements reconciliations
- Petty cash expenses recording
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist senior accountant in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Provide assistance in administrative works
- The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and traits:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel, and with hands-on experience in accounting software such as Tally ERP, Zoho books, etc.
- Minimum 1-3 years of Accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Able to communicate clearly in the English language

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Previous experience in finance or accounting in a similar setting or sector

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
