We are currently seeking a highly experienced Asset Manager with a strong background in the hotel industry to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Fixed Assets Register across hotel operations
- Oversee periodic inventory audits and reconciliation
- Supervise asset receiving, tagging, and documentation processes
- Control handover/takeover procedures between departments
- Monitor asset movement, disposal, and replacement approvals
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Asset Management within the hospitality sector
- Strong experience in hotel inventory control and audit procedures
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia
