Job Overview EWAA Hotels, a prestigious group of hotels and resorts renowned for exceptional hospitality and quality services, is seeking a dedicated and strategic Asset Manager to join our team. This FULL_TIME position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia , and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of one of the Kingdom's leading hospitality platforms.

As an Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the financial performance and value of our extensive portfolio, which includes Grand Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Al Muhaidb Hotels & Residence, and EWAA Express Hotels. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, responsible for maximising asset value and driving sustainable growth across our properties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies to maximise total return and enhance the long-term value of our hotel portfolio.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, to monitor the operational and financial health of each property.
• Work closely with hotel general managers and operational teams to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost control, and improved operational efficiency.
• Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and economic conditions to inform strategic decision-making and identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Oversee capital expenditure projects, from planning and approval to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular asset performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all properties adhere to brand standards, service quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Support due diligence activities for potential hotel acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an asset management role, preferably within the hospitality, real estate, or investment sector.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline. - Must have previously worked for a group of hotels.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, key performance indicators (e.g., RevPAR, GOP, NOI), and property valuation methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset with the proven ability to develop and implement successful business plans.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
