Role Description
We are seeking an Analyst / Associate to join our Asset Management team in Abu Dhabi.
This role will support the governance, performance tracking, and oversight of Zero Two's portfolio of digital infrastructure assets.
The successful candidate will maintain portfolio trackers, support governance reporting, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and assist with performance analysis across our platforms.
Working closely with Asset Management, Finance, Operations, Technology, and external partners, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, effective governance, and disciplined portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain portfolio dashboards, KPI trackers, and performance reporting tools
- Support the preparation of governance packs, board materials, and partner reporting
- Monitor action trackers, post-close obligations, and risk logs across the portfolio
- Gather, validate, and analyze data from cross-functional stakeholders
- Prepare variance analyses and performance summaries for leadership reporting
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and sector analysis
- Assist with financial modelling, scenario analysis, and presentation materials
- Coordinate governance meetings, maintain meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions
- Support the onboarding of new platforms into the Asset Management framework
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, tools, and workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Assets, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in asset management, investment operations, financial analysis, portfolio reporting, or a related field
- Fresh graduates with strong academic performance, internships, or relevant project experience are encouraged to apply
- CFA Foundation or CFA Level I is an advantage
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with data visualization, portfolio management, or reporting tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
