Role Description

The Asset Integrity Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with a balance of on-site presence and flexible work-from-home arrangements.

The individual in this role will oversee asset integrity programs across the firm’s and clients’ physical and digital assets, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal risk-management standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing asset integrity procedures, conducting risk assessments and audits, and maintaining accurate asset registers and documentation.

The Asset Integrity Manager will work closely with legal teams, IT, and operations to identify vulnerabilities, recommend mitigation measures, and monitor corrective actions.

The role also involves preparing reports for leadership, supporting due diligence in client matters involving asset-related risk, and contributing to continuous improvement of integrity and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in asset integrity management, including risk assessment, lifecycle management, and compliance monitoring for physical and/or digital assets.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices related to asset integrity, safety, and operational risk within professional services or regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, asset tracking tools, and documentation systems to maintain accurate, audit-ready records.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including legal professionals, IT specialists, and operations staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience identifying process gaps and implementing practical, scalable improvements to integrity and compliance processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in asset integrity, reliability, or risk management are an advantage.
  • Experience working in or with law firms, professional services, or highly regulated sectors (e.g., energy, infrastructure, financial services) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a part-time, hybrid environment.
