About the Role
The role involves overseeing vehicle-related development, testing, and evaluation across various fields, including cockpit, intelligent driving, powertrain, and road testing.
The ideal candidate will lead the design of adaptability engineering plans and ensure compliance with market requirements.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in vehicle-related development, testing, and evaluation, covering cockpit, intelligent driving, powertrain, and road test fields.
- Familiar with testing specifications, differentiated feature requirements, road condition characteristics, and regional-specific issues of mainstream regional markets.
- Able to accurately identify differentiated product validation requirements for regional markets and formulate targeted validation solutions.
- Lead the top-level design of local adaptability engineering plans.
- Define and maintain core adaptability specifications and validation strategies to ensure products meet market access and competitive requirements of diverse global markets.
- Have working experience in laboratories or proving grounds, and be capable of the operation and management of regional test bases.
- Familiar with local customs clearance and vehicle registration regulations.
- Candidates with local resource connections are preferred.
- Proficient in English as a working language; able to collaborate in cross-regional and cross-cultural teams and accept business travel arrangements as required.
Qualifications
