Assembly Worker
Role Overview
Our Assemblers are the backbone of what we do here at DAUCH.
They are responsible for assembling all of our machined components into the final working product and act as a final quality check to ensure we are sending the very best product to our customers.
We are seeking an Assembler to join our team in Bluffton, IN.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Ability to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner, and know when to ask for help
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong attention to detail through repetitive operations to ensure high quality throughout the assembly process.
- Comfortable working in a cooperative, team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Willingness to take ownership of your role including performance and attendance accountability.
- Willingness to work on traditional and non-traditional shifts
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Job involves lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, exerts 25 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and exerts 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Requires pushing, pulling, reaching, standing, walking, gripping and bending
- High mental and visual effort required
- Works in, around and beneath equipment
- Required Skills and Education
- Experience preferred
