Job Brief

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a startup company based in Jeddah specializing in AI solutions for businesses (B2B) . The company is focused on building scalable, practical, and high-impact AI-driven products that address real-world business challenges across multiple industries.

The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and AI solutions that are production-ready and performance-driven. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models for business-focused use cases.
• Build, train, evaluate, and optimize models involving pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Develop end-to-end AI pipelines, from data preprocessing and experimentation to production deployment.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to deliver scalable and reliable AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Analyze model performance and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and system scalability.
• Refine and enhance existing algorithms to improve robustness and business impact.
• Stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning and contribute to innovative product development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques, pattern recognition, and neural networks.
• Proven experience developing and implementing Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python , Java , or C++ .
• Experience using AI and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow , PyTorch , or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience building AI solutions for real-world business applications (beyond academic or research projects).
• Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong advantage.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
