Artificial Intelligence Engineer
will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and AI solutions that are production-ready and performance-driven.
This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models for business-focused use cases.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize models involving pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Develop end-to-end AI pipelines, from data preprocessing and experimentation to production deployment.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to deliver scalable and reliable AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Analyze model performance and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and system scalability.
- Refine and enhance existing algorithms to improve robustness and business impact.
- Stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning and contribute to innovative product development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques, pattern recognition, and neural networks.
- Proven experience developing and implementing Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as
Python
,
Java
, or
C++

- Experience using AI and ML frameworks such as
Tensorflow

Pytorch
- , or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience building AI solutions for real-world business applications (beyond academic or research projects).
- Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong advantage.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
