Job Responsibilities:

• AI Model Development: Design and implement AI-driven features to solve complex challenges in the construction industry (e.g., automated cost estimation, safety monitoring, or document analysis).
• Cloud Integration: Deploy and manage AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) ensuring scalability and performance.
• Pipeline Automation: Build and maintain efficient data pipelines for training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) or Computer Vision models.
• Prompt Engineering: Optimize AI outputs using advanced prompt engineering techniques to improve the accuracy of our digital tools.
• Rapid Prototyping: Leverage AI-powered coding tools (like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to build, test, and iterate on new features at high speed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to integrate AI solutions into our existing software architecture.

Requirements:

• Nationality: Saudi National (Mandatory).
• Experience: Entry-level / Fresh Graduate.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and its ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).
• Modern Tooling: High efficiency in using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor is highly preferred) to accelerate coding and debugging.
• Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and basic knowledge of deployment (Docker, API integration).
• AI Concepts: Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and the latest trends in Generative AI/LLMs.
• Communication: Professional proficiency in English and Arabic, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
