Art Logistics & Gallery Operations Specialist

About Us

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics related to artworks, exhibitions and gallery projects
• Support the movement of artworks between Europe, the Gulf region and selected international destinations
• Assist with shipping coordination, documentation and communication with logistics providers
• Support exhibition preparation, installation planning and operational activities
• Coordinate gallery operations related to exhibitions, events and special projects
• Maintain communication with artists, galleries, suppliers and service providers
• Support project timelines and ensure smooth operational execution

Requirements

• Strong interest in contemporary art and gallery operations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Professional and structured working approach
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in logistics, operations, exhibitions, events, hospitality, project coordination or related fields is appreciated
• Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment
• Arabic language skills are considered an advantage but are not mandatory
