- As our Art Director, you will be the driving force behind everything we create visually.
- You will combine high-level strategic thinking with exceptional design skills to develop compelling campaigns across various digital and traditional platforms.

- 📋 Key Responsibilities
- Creative Vision: Lead the artistic and visual direction of all agency campaigns across social media, marketing productions, and multi-dimensional design projects (web, print, video, and film).
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct, inspire, and manage the design team by providing clear creative direction, developing their capabilities, evaluating work quality, and managing project allocations effectively.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate seamlessly with the content and marketing teams to translate complex brand objectives into powerful, effective visual concepts.
- Brand Guardianship: Oversee the development of complete visual identities and comprehensive brand guidelines for new and existing clients.
- Production Oversight: Work hand-in-hand with our production and camera teams to guarantee the highest visual quality in all film and video projects.
- Culture & Standards: Develop and implement professional design standards ensuring absolute consistency, while fostering a highly collaborative culture that encourages innovation and bold ideas.
🔧 Skills & Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role, with a proven track record of managing and scaling design teams.
- Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in advanced design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma.
- Motion & Video: A strong foundational understanding of video and motion graphics (After Effects or similar tools).
- Cultural Fluency: Deep understanding of the Saudi and Gulf markets, with a refined sensitivity to local content, nuances, and cultural values.
- Communication: Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate and pitch creative concepts to both clients and internal teams.
- Project Management: Highly organized, adept at prioritizing work effectively, and familiar with project management systems (such as Monday.com or Asana).

- Proven experience in film, video production, and art direction specifically for commercial advertisements.
- Solid understanding of on-set production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound.
- Experience successfully leading cross-functional teams comprised of designers, video editors, and technical crew.
- Background working with integrated written and visual content strategies.
- Up-to-date knowledge of broadcasting and platform standards (Netflix, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
