Art Director (Full-Time, Immediate Joiner)

Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee creative design direction across campaigns, events and branding projects
• Develop creative concepts and visual identities for digital and print materials
• Supervise and guide the design team on ongoing projects and deliverables
• Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives
• Coordinate closely with account management, production and social media teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Art Director, Senior Graphic Designer, or similar creative role
• At least 3 years’ experience, preferable with agency background
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign and design work
• Fluency in English & Arabic
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience in events, marketing agencies or advertising industry is preferred
• Strong creative thinking, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
