Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas from brief to execution
- Create storyboards and visual narratives for social, video, and motion content
- Produce production-ready creative assets aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams on campaigns and shoots
- Support photo/video productions including styling, art direction, and on-set coordination
- Prepare presentation decks and participate in client pitches
- Manage and monitor advertising assets through internal CMS platforms
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign thinking, storytelling, and design execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Final Cut Pro, and motion/content tools
- Ability to create clear storyboards and visual frames
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Nice to Have
- Experience in photo/video production environments
- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation
- Interest in emerging creative tools and digital formats
