Area Supervisor- Janitorial/Fleet
Role Overview
Since 1978, Modern Maintenance has provided commercial janitorial and facility management services to a wide range of companies across the United States.
Hours: 6:00PM-2:00AM (Hours may vary based on need)
Pay: $24/hr
This position will require travel between Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa.
The responsibilities of a Area Supervisor include:
• This is a working supervisor position
• Oversight of multiple Truck Wash locations
• Management of on-site supervisors and truck washing staff
• Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Planning and preparing work schedules
• Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
• Maintaining accurate records
• Working with Modern Maintenance Management to ensure quality standards are met

Responsibilities
- Drive trucks to wash station as needed
- Wipe down and sanitize hi-touch areas inside of truck
- Hose down and scrub outside with soap and water
- Other job duties as needed
