Janitorial Site Manager
Role Overview
The Janitorial Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and administrative activities to ensure conformance to contract requirements at a 24/7 manufacturing location in Topeka, KS.
The Janitorial Site Manager develops and implements level-of-service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications and contract requirements for the assigned facility.
This manager will oversee quality control, inventory of equipment and supplies, and ensure the site is operating within budget parameters.
The Janitorial Site Manager is an industry professional with extensive client relationship experience and a positive attitude.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of progressive leadership,, and proven industry experience managing in complex manufacturing facilities.

Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience with managing a team across multiple working shifts in a commercial cleaning setting
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Spanish, speaking and writing, is a plus
- Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
- Ability to execute against a project plan
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated budget management capabilities
- Proven adaptability and flexibility in managing changing project demands
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish, speaking and writing, is a plus
