Role Overview

Key Accountabilities

• Train staff and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct reviews, and identify development needs.
• Oversee work schedules and assist with workforce planning.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring new candidates.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and legal, safety, and health requirements.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and business objectives.
• Monitor inventory, ensure adequate stock, and control costs.
• Promote collaboration across teams and departments.
• Monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and recommend adjustments.
• Review performance metrics, reports, and sales data to identify trends and improvements.
• Perform other work requested by the direct manager.

Education

• Degree in business, management, or a related field.

Experience

• More than five years of frontline supervisory experience.
