Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Area Sales Manager to join our team in an on-site capacity in Riyadh. The role entails managing sales operations within the designated area, meeting sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing effective sales strategies, identifying market opportunities, monitoring sales metrics, and training and managing a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives is also a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Have experience in the fashion & retail sector.
- Have experience in the same position for 2 to 6 years.
- Proven work experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing sales trends and metrics
- Effective team leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the local market in Riyadh is a significant advantage
