With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and international expansion, we are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive our growth across the UAE and Gulf region.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to establish and expand GMC Group's presence across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have extensive FMCG sales experience, strong distributor and modern trade relationships, and a proven track record of building brands and delivering revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and market share targets.
- Appoint, manage, and grow distributor networks across the UAE.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains.
- Lead negotiations with distributors and major retail customers.
- Drive market penetration for GMC's confectionery, beverages, breakfast snacks, and laundry product portfolios.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Lead and develop local sales teams and merchandising activities.
- Ensure excellent product visibility, distribution, and execution at retail level.
- Identify new business opportunities across the GCC region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within the UAE
- Strong network within UAE retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.
- Experience handling multinational or regional FMCG brands.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
