About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Architectural Engineer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of various building projects while also contributing to project supervision and tender proposal submissions.
You will collaborate with internal departments and other stakeholders to ensure the structural integrity, functionality, and code compliance of building systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and modify architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and market requirements.
- Prepare and review technical documents for tender proposals.
- Participate in project meetings and discussions.
- Identify and research potential new projects and clients that align with the company's expertise.
- Conduct site visits as required to oversee design implementation and quality control.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of experience in related roles.
- Minimum 3 years in engineering consulting firms in Riyadh.
- Solid understanding of Riyadh Municipality requirements.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Capable of utilizing common Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong English language proficiency.
