Min. 2 Years ADM Experience
- REQUIREMENTS ▸ Minimum 2 years of experience in Abu Dhabi ▸ Strong knowledge of ADM rules & regulations ▸ Proficient in AutoCAD ▸ Experience in permit drawings & submission procedures ▸ Preparation of architectural & detailed drawings ▸ Understanding of setbacks, zoning & building regulations ▸ Strong attention to detail ▸ Ability to work within deadlines ▸ Teamwork and coordination skills ⭐ Knowledge of TAMM Submission System is an Advantage
- PREFERRED SKILLS ◆ Experience with villa & building permit drawings ◆ Knowledge of ADM standards and authority comments ◆ Ability to handle drawing revisions and approvals
