About the Role الهدف من الوظيفة
الإشراف على تنفيذ أعمال التشطيبات أو الأعمال الكهربائية في المشروع السكني، وضمان الالتزام بالمخططات والجودة والجدول الزمني ومعايير السلامة.
To supervise finishing or electrical works in a residential project, ensuring compliance with drawings, quality standards, timeline, and safety requirements.
Responsibilities المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الأعمال في الموقع (تشطيبات أو كهرباء حسب التخصص).
- التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال وفق المخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
- متابعة تقدم العمل وإعداد التقارير اليومية.
- تنسيق الأعمال مع المقاولين من الباطن والفرق الأخرى.
- فحص جودة الأعمال ومعالجة الملاحظات.
- تطبيق معايير السلامة في الموقع.
- Supervise site works (finishing or electrical as per specialization).
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor progress and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other teams.
- Inspect quality and address issues.
- Enforce safety standards on site.
Qualifications المؤهلات
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في تخصص مناسب (مدني / كهرباء).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4–6 سنوات في مشاريع إنشائية (يفضل سكنية).
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات.
- مهارات تواصل وإدارة فريق العمل.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in relevant field (Civil / Electrical).
- 4–6 years of experience in construction projects (residential preferred).
- Ability to read drawings.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
