Role overview
Lead organizational change activities supporting AI-enabled transformation initiatives across Wealth Technology.
Drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and sustainment for new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
The role calls for a strong consulting background and experience leading complex enterprise transformations.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide change impact analyses, risk assessments, and stakeholder mapping to identify AI adoption friction points.
- Develop and execute change strategies aligned with business outcomes and human-centered adoption plans.
- Partner with senior executives, business unit heads, and product teams to build visible sponsorship and leadership alignment.
- Design communications that translate complex AI technology into meaningful business narratives.
- Design role-based learning journeys and adoption enablement frameworks.
Mandatory skills
- Expert-level change management methodology, such as Prosci or ACMP.
- Expert stakeholder analysis and engagement, executive leadership alignment, and change impact and readiness assessment.
- Advanced strategic communications and storytelling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven change management track record in technology-driven environments.
- An advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies, digital transformation initiatives, and organizational behavior is preferred.
