Area(s) of responsibility Mainframe Development and Support Skills and Competencies: COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, IDMS About the role- Understanding the application landscape and application integrations, active participation in the solution designing and getting it done from developers along with the individual contribution Responsible for all project communication, including project status reporting and documents discussion and action items Should involve in Development and support Should involve in writing, verifying and executing unit test cases, System test cases, integration testing and UAT. Enhancement of existing programs/components. Monitoring the batch jobs and solving the abends. Ensures all project documentation is complete, accurate and updated. Awareness of Agile Methodology Individual contributor taking ownership of the work while working cohesively with client.
