The Architect Manager leads architectural planning, design, and coordination for real estate projects.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Oversee concept and detailed architectural designs; review drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants for cohesive project execution.
- Manage project timelines and monitor construction progress for design compliance.
- Resolve design and integration issues on-site.
- Support design reviews and value engineering, and ensure adherence to local regulations and codes.
- Supervise and mentor architectural teams.
Qualifications
- Strong architecture and architectural design skills, with proven experience managing complex building projects.
- Project management skills covering planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to coordinate architectural work with structural, MEP, and other technical disciplines.
- Awareness of software development and design or BIM tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Dubai or the wider region.
- Leadership, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
