We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect / Interior Designer with 5–7 years of experience, preferably in Qatar or the Middle East, to join our dynamic consultancy team.
The ideal candidate will bring strong creative vision, technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality interior and architectural design projects.
Qualifications
- Develop and present conceptual designs for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and high-rise projects.
- Translate concepts into detailed design development drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and project management teams throughout all project stages.
- Ensure all designs comply with Qatar’s building regulations, codes, and authority approval processes.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee material selection, finishes, and FF&E coordination.
- Support the preparation of tender and construction documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- MMUP/UPDA License is a plus.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in an architectural or engineering consultancy firm.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across interior design and architecture in consultancy settings.
- Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and additional 3D and rendering tools is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of Qatar’s regulations and approval procedures.
- Excellent team collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with high-rise, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments is an advantage.
