Architect / Interior Designer

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Prepare project quotations and assist with tender submissions.
• Review architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Prepare and coordinate AutoCAD drawings.
• Develop and review SketchUp models.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress using Primavera.
• Coordinate civil, MEP, joinery, and interior fit-out works.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and technical inspections.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project quantities, material requirements, and project costs.
• Assist with variations, additional works, and cost evaluations.
• Support documentation, progress reports, and handover requirements.

Required Skills

• Civil Engineering or MEP Engineering background.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Primavera.
• Strong estimation, costing, BOQ preparation, and quantity take-off skills.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and MEP drawings.
• Good knowledge of interior fit-out and site execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and standard project documentation.

Preferred Candidate

• UAE experience in interior fit-out, MEP, construction, or furniture projects is preferred.
• The candidate should be practical, detail-oriented, and able to handle technical office and site responsibilities.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 5,000 per month.

Joining

• Immediate or short-notice joining is preferred.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
