Oversee residential and mixed-use development construction from planning to completion.
Ensure projects meet schedule, budget and quality objectives while coordinating stakeholders, contractors and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction activities and coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
- Monitor work for compliance with designs, quality standards and regulations; inspect sites and address quality issues.
- Manage budgets, identify cost savings, review schedules and take corrective action on delays.
- Lead and mentor site teams, contractors and subcontractors.
- Enforce HSE standards and local regulatory and company requirements.
- Act as primary contact for clients, consultants and internal stakeholders; provide project updates to senior management.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- At least eight years of construction management experience focused on residential and mixed-use projects.
- Prior UAE or GCC market experience is required.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
