Bloom Health Care LLC is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed **Arabic-speaking Female Speech Therapist** to join our growing Autism and Developmental Support Department.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with speech, language, communication, and developmental disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments for pediatric clients.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide one-on-one speech therapy sessions in homes, schools, nurseries, and clinics.
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in case discussions and treatment planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech and Language Therapy/Pathology.
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with ASD and developmental delays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
