GPS Marketing is seeking a creative account lead/marketing manager to own client campaigns and lead a creative team.
The posting considers candidates in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE and specifies in-person work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow client accounts with strategic oversight.
- Supervise designers, videographers, and editors to deliver high-quality content.
- Oversee lead generation and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Create and present marketing strategies from concept through execution.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, design, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Fluent Arabic and English, with strong client-facing skills.
- At least four years in a similar digital marketing agency role, leading creative teams and managing complex projects.
- Five years managing a creative team is required.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, copywriting, and user experience design.
- Experience in real estate, clinics, or education sectors.
- Ability to lead and mentor creative professionals and manage multiple deadline-driven projects with attention to quality.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 10,000 per month.

- The position is full-time and permanent.
