Responsibilities
- Develop and grow client accounts with strategic oversight.
- Supervise designers, videographers, and editors to produce high-quality content.
- Oversee lead generation and align activities with client objectives.
- Create and present client marketing strategies from concept through execution.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, design, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Fluent Arabic and English and strong client-facing skills.
- At least 4 years in a similar digital marketing agency role leading creative teams and managing complex projects; the posting also specifies 5 years managing a creative team.
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, content and email marketing, copywriting, and user experience design.
- Experience in real estate, clinics, or education sectors.
- Leadership and mentoring ability, and the ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects while maintaining quality.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as up to AED 10,000 per month.
