The employer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join its recruitment team in Dubai.
This hands-on internship provides exposure to sourcing, candidate assessment, recruitment screening, and the broader talent acquisition process.
What You Will Do
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
- Review CVs and identify profiles that match open positions.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Shadow recruitment and screening calls with a Senior Recruiter.
- Learn how to assess candidates and identify the right fit for a role.
- Gradually conduct initial screening calls for selected positions.
- Keep candidate information and recruitment activities organized and up to date.
- Support the recruitment team with ongoing hiring needs.
What the Employer Is Looking For
- Be a university student or recent graduate interested in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Have strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people.
- Be curious, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Be able to understand different profiles and quickly learn what to look for.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be fluent in Arabic and English.
- No previous recruitment experience is required; eagerness to learn is sought.
- Be based in the UAE.
Additional Eligibility

Learning Opportunities
